Service Description
*** A free pre-boarding assessment will be required prior to boarding services being scheduled. *** Regardless of your pet’s breed, age, each of Olive + Company, A Pet Care Service, INC.™ services can be curated to fit their specific needs and your wants— no matter how unique. These services will be provided in a clean, sanitized, cozy, free roaming, family-oriented environment. You will receive lots of pictures and video updates throughout your pets stay via our app or text, whichever you prefer. Please note: The boarding fee will be $60/night, time starts the day of booking(12AM)regardless of the drop off /pick-up time. Additional pup from the same family fee will be $20/each additional pup +$60 for the initial pup. Limited to 3 pups from the same family. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule five(5) days in advance for boarding or you will be subject to a full service fee. All other service require one(1) day in advance notice to avoid being subject to a full service fee.
